Art 20 – Years

It has been 20 years now my friend Denny Smith aka Dragnet was decorating the trash fence every year.

For the past 20 years, my friend Denny Smith, aka Dragnet, has been decorating the trash fence annually. This year, he used 75 tennis rackets to enhance the view of the open playa behind the fence.
